We spent quite a bit of time with Hudson before finally continuing to work our way around the Tundra Trek. It's amazing how little you feel the cold when you are riveted on such an amazing subject. There weren't too many great photo opportunities in the rest of that area (too much white on white!) so here are a couple more of Hudson, one of his mom (Aurora, who sadly just lost three newborn cubs a couple of weeks ago) and one of the Arctic fox:

We dropped in on the white lions...

...before we came upon the adorable meerkats (who appear a bit blurry because they wouldn't stay still!)...
